Fees and Guarantees

Temp - Hire Placement:

Our fee is contingent on the hiring of a candidate referred by our office. Fees are based upon a percentage of the first year annual compensation including base salary plus a reasonable estimate of any bonuses or commissions to be earned during the first twelve months of employment.  Compensation is based on a standard 2080 hour year.

Fees apply to each referred candidate hired by the employer for a specific position or an alternate position within one year from the date of our referral. Interviewing our referred candidates constitutes agreement with these terms.

180 DAY GUARANTEE
If employment is terminated within 180 days of starting, for any reason other than elimination of position. 

Replacement - Hospitality Plus Staffing will provide a replacement at the same compensation level or lower for no additional charge.

All placement fees are billed upon acceptance and due within 10 calendar days of the candidate's start date.

Temporary and Contract Placement: 
Our fee is included in an hourly bill rate, based upon the temporary or contract placement of a candidate referred by our office.  If any referred candidate is employed directly or indirectly, within one year after Hospitality Plus Staffings last referral, or within one year after the temporary or contract employees last day of work, Hospitality Plus is due a settlement / conversion fee based upon a percentage of the total first year annual compensation. Compensation is based on a standard 2080 hour year.

Temporary-to-Hire and Contract-to-Hire Placement: 
To convert a Hospitality Plus temporary or contract employee while they are on assignment, a conversion fee is calculated based upon how long the employee has worked and the anticipated total first year annual compensation.  Compensation is based on a standard 2,080 hour year.  Fees apply to each Hospitality Plus referred temporary or contractor hired by the employer for a specific service, position or an alternate position. If any referred candidate is employed directly or indirectly, within one year after Hospitality Plus Staffing's last referral, or within one year after the temporary or contract employees last day of work, Hospitality Plus Staffing is due a settlement/conversion fee equal to no less than 10% of first years compensations including bonuses and commissions.
